Overview
Faisal Hills development started in 2017. A lot has happened since then.
Executive Block is fully done. Families are living there, businesses are running, and a 27-storey tower is going up inside it. Block A is developed too. Arc Monument is standing, possession is available, and houses are being built across multiple plots.
Block D got possession in February 2025. Roads were already done before that. The moment possession came through, owners started construction. You can see it happening right now if you visit.
Block B has possession in developed sectors. Block C is still developing with the lowest prices in the society. Block B Extension is the newest addition.

- 2016: Society launched. RDA NOC obtained. Land acquired covering 11,823.5 Kanals across four revenue estates.

Most developed block in Faisal Hills. Sits right at the GT Road entrance. Everything here is done and working.
Roads: 250-foot main boulevard carpeted. Internal streets 40 feet wide. All paved. Utilities: Underground electricity, gas, water, sewerage all in place. Facilities: Roots International School running. Faisal Mansion operation. Jamia Masjid Fatima Tuz Zahra with full NOC. Under construction: Faisal Jewel 27-storey tower with Hilton hotel going up floor by floor. Possession: Fully granted. Families living here. Businesses running.
Block A
Main residential block. Over 8,000 plots. Possession available across most sectors.
Roads: 225-foot main boulevard and internal roads from 40 to 110 feet. All carpeted and in use. Utilities: Underground electricity, water, gas, sewerage complete. Facilities: Arc Monument standing at entrance with rooftop restaurant and viewing deck. Hill Walk Downtown NOC cleared February 2026. Hospital near completion. Mosques operational. Possession: Available in most sectors. Houses under construction across multiple plots.
Block B
Largest block in the society. Margalla Hills view from several plots. Development well advanced in key sectors.
Roads: Main roads connected to the boulevard. Internal roads paved in developed sectors. Utilities: Underground electricity, water, gas extended from Executive Block. Green spaces: Parks marked and leveled. Street lighting installed. Possession: Available in developed sectors. Community forming.
Block B Extension
Created due to high demand in Block B. Smaller block, early stage.
