Some new inventory is also available on installments. You pay a down payment and then 10 quarterly installments over 2.5 years. This option is available in select blocks only. - Two CNIC copies of the applicant. Two CNIC copies of the next of kin. Passport-size photos. Overseas buyers need NICOP.
- Payment by pay order or demand draft in the name of Faisal Town, Islamabad. Never pay in cash. After payment, you receive an allotment letter with your confirmed plot number.
